AI Readiness (“we”, “us”) provides the AI Compliance Readiness Report. Contact: vspirola76@gmail.com.
Data we collect
Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your public profile name.
Assessment data: the structured answers you provide about your company and its use of AI. No sensitive documents are uploaded.
Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive the transaction status and a reference, not your full payment details.
Technical data: minimal server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) needed to operate and secure the service.
Optional analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy).
How we use your data
To generate your readiness score and full report.
To email you confirmations and provide access to your report.
To operate, secure and improve the service.
To comply with legal obligations (for example, VAT records for purchases).

Performance of a contract (delivering the report you request).

Consent (optional analytics or marketing cookies).

Sharing
We use trusted processors: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), and an EU-region AI provider to generate report narratives. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Assessment answers and generated reports are kept as long as your account is active, so you can revisit them.
You can request deletion at any time by emailing vspirola76@gmail.com.
Payment records are kept for the period required by applicable tax law.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
You can withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time from the footer link “Manage cookie preferences”.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
