The service

The service is an AI readiness assessment for European SMEs. It generates a score and a report based on the structured answers you provide.

Not legal advice or certification

The report is a readiness assessment. It is not legal advice, a legal opinion, a certification, an audit or a guarantee of compliance with any law or regulation, including the EU AI Act or GDPR.

You may not represent the report as an official certification or as issued by any regulator or EU institution.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers you provide. The report depends on those answers and will reflect any inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing the report internally, including with qualified legal or security advisors where appropriate.

Purchases and access

The full report is a one-time purchase of €49, processed by Stripe. Access is provided immediately after successful payment.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own business. You may share the report internally with your team and advisors.

You may not resell the service, scrape it, attempt to reverse engineer it or use it to build a competing product.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions taken based on the report.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
